Terms of Rental
A Voyageur View is a 100% smoke-free property.
A $500 deposit for weekly rentals (or 30% for other periods) is payable at the time of reservation along with a separate security deposit (fully refundable) of $200. The balance of the rental is payable not less than 1 month prior to arrival date.
Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a $70 pet cleaning fee, regardless of length of stay.

Cancellation Policy
Full rental payments and deposit will be refunded if the renter cancels with 60 day notice. Cancellations with less than 60 day notice are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 21 day notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
