2009 Rates (Based on 7 or Fewer People):
Available Year Round
May 23 to September 19: $1875 per week
September 19 to May 23: $1400 per week
Off-season stays availible (3 night min) @ $210 per night
Terms of Rental
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm; Check-Out Time is 10:00 am.
A Voyageur View is a 100% smoke-free property.
A $500 deposit for weekly rentals (or 30% for other periods) is payable at the time of reservation along with a separate security deposit (fully refundable) of $200. The balance of the rental is payable not less than three weeks prior to arrival date.
Well behaved pets are welcomed. There is a $70 pet cleaning fee, regardless of length of stay.

Cancellation Policy
Full rental payments and deposit will be refunded if the renter cancels with 60 day notice. Cancellations with less than 60 day notice are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 21 day notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
